Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take my order to be received once it is shipped?

• All shipments embark from our Southern California warehouse.
• Ground Shipments:  In most cases ground shipping will arrive within 7 days from shipment.  However it can take longer in some areas.
• Expedited Shipments:  Expedited shipping will almost always arrive within 3 days of shipment.
• Two Day Shipments:  This service will always arrive within 2 days from shipment.
• Package Tracking:  All shipments, regardless of method selected, are trackable using links provided in our emailed notices of shipment.

What sizes are the plates, napkins and other products you sell?

• First please understand that all we sell is disposable party supplies (paper or plastic).  We strive to always list the items media as either 'Paper' or 'Plastic'.  If it is not listed as 'Plastic' you should assume it to be paper.  The sizes of our products should always be listed on the product offering page.  If it says '9 inch' you can assume that it is nominally that size.  Some manufacturers will vary a dimension by about a quarter of an inch.  So what this means is that a '9 inch' plate may range in actual size between 8 3/4 inch to 9 1/4 inch.  This is just part of the manufacturing process.
